Export Controls at USC: An Introduction

This introductory course is designed to enable researchers and other employees to understand the kinds of activities that may raise export control considerations so that they can proactively engage with the Office of Culture, Ethics and Compliance (OCEC) for guidance on whether the regulations apply in specific situations. The target audience for the course is USC faculty and staff who conduct restricted research, and research units and other departments affected by export controls.
